We are a small social enterprise dedicated to supporting local governments build and develop their placemaking capabilities. We do this by helping built environment professionals transition into careers in the public sector and celebrate and support the work of those already there. Read more about us on our website, through our widespread press coverage, or watch this video about our work with local authorities in Cambridge.
With funding support from Homes England, we have had the opportunity to invest in an Associate course review and are now in the position for a new L&D Manager to take full delivery of the course (replacing the three part-time roles), testing the new design over the next 2 years, as well as helping us to develop new community support services.
ABOUT YOU
As our new L&D Manager, you will be passionate about supporting built environment practitioners transition and flourish in public sector placemaking careers through the delivery of our Associate course, management of our online platform, as well as coordinating and supporting our growing community of practice and peer support network.
