With our interdisciplinary team, we implement educational, qualification and participation projects in the fields of sustainability, climate protection and environmental education and are committed to gender justice in all areas.

Your profile:

  • University/technical college degree in the field relevant to the topic (Landscape planning, horticulture and landscaping, agroecology, environmental pedagogy, environmental planning, nature conservation, or similar)
  • Project planning, conceptual design and implementation
  • In-depth and practical experience and knowledge in the field of ESD
  • Enjoyment in the practical implementation of ideas, creation of nature gardens
  • Knowledge of the topics of climate protection and adaptation, especially in an urban planning and architectural context, in particular climate resilient and sustainable urban planning; ecological open space planning open space planning as well as knowledge of plants, biodiversity.
  • Affinity with current socio-political discourses, socially and ecologically relevant issues and the
    socially and ecologically relevant issues as well as gender justice.
  • Experience in the preparation and implementation of workshops with people of different ages people of different ages
  • Moderation and presentation skills and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and goal-oriented work
  • Extensive computer skills (Office, Adobe, CAD)
  • Familiarity with digital media and social media
  • Very good oral and written German skills
