The mib is the consultancy for the mobility revolution. In close cooperation with our clients, we develop ambitious visions and actionable strategies for liveable cities. Our mission: to make sustainable mobility the first choice for people.

The mib was founded in 2018 by Torben Greve (formerly co-founder of MeinFernbus/FlixMobility), who leads the company together with Dr Jörn Richert (formerly Boston Consulting Group). Today, we employ more than twenty mobility experts, management consultants and data analysts at our offices in Berlin and Madrid.

What you do with us:

Lead client projects; from conception to content design and team management.
Diversified work with a focus on public transport and sustainable mobility concepts
Preparation of offers
Building and maintaining customer relationships and relevant networks
Helping to shape our corporate strategy, e.g. through new topics and products
Personal positioning as an expert on these topics
Mentoring and coaching of younger colleagues

Who you are:

You are passionate about sustainable, innovative mobility and public transport.
You find it easy to structure and communicate complex issues quickly and effectively
You have a high level of initiative, are results-oriented and pragmatic
You enjoy building relationships with other people and contribute to a good (working) atmosphere with your positive attitude.

What you bring to the table:

Several years of professional experience in management consultancy, transport planning or management, or several years of comparable activity
A very good, relevant degree (e.g. economics, transport, geography) or many years of relevant experience in the mobility industry
German language skills at a professional level (C2), very good English skills are an advantage
