We are currently recruiting for suitably qualified Architectural Assistants (Part 2) to join our award-winning practice to work on a series of new and exciting projects in the sport, education, hospitality, health and commercial sectors.
Roles and responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :
- Speculative design work, with Architect, Project Architect and Associate Director
- Production of presentation material
- Design development with Architect, Project Architect and Associate Director
- Production information, with Architect, Project Architect and Associate Director
- Assisting in the coordination and collection of consultant information, including printing and checking
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems
- Awareness of CDM regulations
- Model making
- Drawing and internal management
- Issuing for information and packages
- CAD management and QA
Job requirements
Successful candidates will have one year or more experience in the delivery stages of a project be passionate about design with good communication, digital and hand drawing skills. Knowledge of Revit and experience on BIM projects is essential.
