For our location in Berlin, we are looking for an economist with pioneering spirit to start as soon as possible.
Economist with pioneering spirit in full- or part-time (min. 25 h/week), who will actively support us with heart and soul and passion, primarily in the financial management of our dynamic organisation, which currently has 25 employees, with an upward trend. In addition, we are looking forward to experience in the areas of business administration, resource planning and human resources management. We live an agile leadership and organisational development. Teams work in a self-determined and autonomous way, decisions are made where they are needed.
Tasks
With this position we would like to meet our current development and raise our company’s success to the next level of excellence. Supported by our accounting department, you will wear economic glasses and ensure that our projects, processes and developments run economically in the long term. You support our teams in the preparation of quotations, in project controlling and in resource planning. You have a short line to the projects as well as to the management. Really hands-on. After being trained by our GF & accounting department, you will take on a wide range of tasks in finance, in particular:
Processing of all current business transactions (invoices, payment transactions, dunning, support in preparing quotations)
Controlling and monitoring (preparation of financial reports, profitability analyses and forecasts for business areas, evaluation of time recording, etc.)

You enjoy meaningful work and new work and are interested in future issues of social change.
a completed education/studies in the economic field, ideally with a focus on finance, and corresponding professional experience (at least 3-5 years)
