++ BAUFACHFRAU Berlin e.V. is a non-profit association based in Berlin-Weißensee, with the aim of improving the opportunities for girls and women, as well as to promote sustainable strategies and social-ecological ecological urban development. At the turn of the year we are looking for a project coordinator. As a project coordinator, you will proactively support our team in the development and implementation of our projects in the areas of gender-sensitive projects in the field of gender-sensitive vocational training, transformative education and participative participatory building and design projects.

These are the tasks that await you with us:

• Project development and management
• Networking and public relations
• Fundraising, acquisition of funding for projects, marketing
• Consultation on the reorientation of practice-oriented, in-service, innovative educational offers
  with a focus on sustainability in engineering/planning professions, crafts/technology
• Development of offers for professional orientation and qualification
• Counselling and acquisition of participants in qualification offers
• Evaluation of project work
• Representation of the organisation in committees, networks and at events
• Supervision of federal volunteers
  
  Your profile:
• Completed university studies in the field of planning, design, technology, communication,
  education, administration or social sciences
• High affinity and knowledge of gender equality, education for sustainable development, climate change development, climate change mitigation and adaptation, sustainable strategies and ecologically relevant issues
• Extensive experience in project management
• Very good knowledge of the funding landscape and experience in the acquisition of funds
• Sound experience in public relations and press work, marketing
• Presentation and moderation skills as well as strong communication skills
• Confident writing style and creativity in storytelling
• Positive and customer-oriented communication, very good German language skills
• Experience in networking
• Knowledge in vocational training and adult education
• Ability to work in a team, commitment, goal-oriented independent work
• Extensive computer skills in common software applications, experience in website design and maintenance (wordpress, javascript, jimdo), routine with social media (fb, insta, youTube)
