We are looking for a coordinator of the “Rethinking Cities in Ukraine” program to join our team!

👉🏻 What you need to do:

☑️ Work with program participants;
☑️ Organize and communicate with participants throughout the program, provide necessary tools and support for team work during the program;
☑️ Coordinate digital environment for participants;
☑️ Work with curators and teachers;
☑️ Organize and provide workspace for curators and teachers during the program (online and offline), provide communication on organizational and administrative issues;
☑️ Administrative and organizational support of the program;
☑️ Administrate online events, which include technical and communication support for their implementation;
☑️ Organize and administrate offline workshops and trips according to the program, with physical presence at them;
☑️ Prepare and provide necessary materials for work;
☑️ Manage project documentation, assist in preparing reports.

Requirements:

📌 Organizational and communication skills at a high level;
📌 Interest in rebuilding projects;
📌 Fluent Ukrainian language and Intermediate or higher English;
📌 Residence in Ukraine, preferably in Kyiv or Lviv with the opportunity to participate in offline meetings;
📌 It will be an advantage if you have experience of cooperation with local government and/or experience in spatial or development projects and/or graphic editors.
