EFFEKT is multidisciplinary research and design studio working at the intersection of urbanism, architecture, landscape and design. Through our work, we aim to inspire and implement solutions help to solve some of the major global challenges, eventually enabling a better everyday life for people and the planet.
EFFEKT is seeking an ambitious and dedicated intern to join our Innovation team.
In the innovation team we are primarily working with research and design projects that work to scale building industry activities – from urban scale to material level – within planetary boundaries. We work to translate research into actionable and operational solutions for the building industry.
We are looking for a creative, systems-thinker who has a broad interest in sustainability and the building industry to join our team. Your work will consist of research, communication of new knowledge, and operationalization of the
findings in tangible building solutions.
You will be an integral part of the small innovation team and will have a chance to steer on-going projects. You can expect daily support and feedback from the team but must be able to work independently. You will be given both
responsibility and ownership over the on-going projects. For these reasons, you must be:
- Curious and motivated to gain new knowledge
- An expert communicator, both written and visual
- Organized and able to steer research and design process
- Most importantly, you see yourself as a change-maker, passionate about sustainable transition
