++ We would like to strengthen our office management team in the area of project acquisition and application management. As an employee, you will support gruppe F in the acquisition of new projects via the various tender platforms, answer project and cooperation enquiries and support the management and the team in the preparation of offers. Together with the other members of our office management team, you will also support the daily processes and work at the interface between the team and the management.

Our interdisciplinary office currently employs around 50 people who work on a wide range of interesting projects in the fields of landscape planning, open space planning, landscape architecture, competition management and participation. gruppe F works creatively, cooperatively and with plenty of room for initiative and development potential for each member of staff. We organise our office in sociocratic circles. We value respectful and honest dealings with each other.

These tasks await you

Regularly checking the relevant tendering platforms for exciting tenders for the team.
Answering project enquiries
Answering requests for cooperation and coordinating joint applications
Design and responsible coordination of internal processes for the preparation and submission of tenders at gruppe F
Supporting the team and the management in the preparation and layout of applications (including providing references, updating project pages and CVs, formulating cover letters and text sections in cooperation with the staff members responsible for the project)
Editing and layout of texts and reports from the team
Short documentation of our projects
Office organisation in cooperation with the office management team (e.g. answering and forwarding calls, processing the email inbox, writing team newsletters, general office tasks)

With these skills you are suitable for the position:

completed studies in the field of planning (e.g. landscape architecture, urban planning or similar) or commercial vocational training or existing experience in the area of responsibility
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Excellent German and good English skills
Very good text writing skills
Understanding of IT-related issues
