B‐architecten is currently looking for a BIM coordinator with 2+ years of experience to join their team.
Role
- You manage and lead the overall coordination between the various sub-models, based on BIM protocols and execution plans, in support of the project partners
- You perform clash detection between the different sub models, report and communicate conflicts in and between the discipline models to the involved project partners
- You manage the internal models, in support of the project teams
- You work out internal protocols, standardisation and a BIM implementation plan under the guidance of the BIM process manager
- You develop and manage the Family library and templates based on the internal protocol and common standards, assisted by the BIM process manager
- You follow and guide project-specific BIM meetings together with the project manager and occasionally with the BIM process manager
- You follow up the financial BIM section on a project basis
Profile
- Minimum experience of 2 years
- Background as an architect or architect-engineer is an extra asset
- Able to work very autonomously on the domain that you build and lead
- Team player, strong communicator
Software
- Revit
- BIM Collaborate (Pro)
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the AEC collection
- Navisworks and Dynamo are extra assets
