Bellastock is looking for a cultural project coordinator! Bellastock is a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest in architecture which works to promote places and their resources by proposing alternatives to the act of building. Since its founding in 2006, every year Bellastock has organized an architecture festival which explores the various fields of construction and design and offers the collective creation of an ephemeral city.

The position involves various responsibilities related to the coordination and management of a festival. This includes ensuring the festival aligns with the organization’s vision and identity, coordinating the event logistics and resources, overseeing the financial and legal aspects, promoting the festival, and developing partnerships and sponsorships.

The ideal candidate should have a master’s degree in related fields such as cultural management or communication, a minimum of 5 years of experience, and knowledge of the cultural landscape and regulatory environment. Strong organizational, communication, and fundraising skills are essential. Proficiency in office and IT tools, as well as writing skills, are required.

The position is based in Paris and is initially offered as a fixed-term contract for 8 months with the possibility of renewal. Working hours are part-time, but full-time availability may be required during the peak of the festival.
