The Universitat Jaume I is announcing a call to create a pool of candidates for predoctoral research staff positions in the TECASOS research group. The position is for a 3-year full-time junior predoctoral researcher on the “B_Green” project, which focuses on biodiversity and greening in Mediterranean historic cities, part of the Horizon Europe program. The project involves analyzing urban indicators and conducting geospatial analysis in Cuenca, Coimbra, Naples, and Nicosia. The researcher will contribute to developing co-design workshops and creating a good practice guide for nature-based urban solutions.
Candidates should have a degree and master’s in disciplines such as urban planning or landscape architecture, experience in geospatial analysis, and knowledge of co-design methodologies. Strong skills in Spanish and English, as well as collaboration and data management abilities, are required.
