Key responsibilities include leading research initiatives to shape the organization’s philosophical, structural, and operating principles, particularly for projects like ABUELOS. The Researcher will also contribute to strengthening evaluation and data collection practices, gathering data for storytelling purposes, and disseminating findings through various channels.
