ACT is seeking a Scaling Lead to bolster their team and bolster the organization’s impact across Ireland. As a dynamic and innovative social enterprise, ACT is dedicated to accelerating the Green Transition and fostering sustainability.
The Scaling Lead will spearhead efforts to expand the enterprise, manage growth strategies, and optimize operational efficiency. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and cultivate partnerships to drive scaling initiatives forward.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sustainability, proven experience in scaling operations or business development, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. While a background in the AEC sector or experience with social enterprises is advantageous, it is not required.
The role is ideally located in Ballina, Co. Mayo, with a hybrid option available depending on experience. Competitive salary packages will be offered.
