Global Generation seeks one Earth Build Trainees for an 12-week, 24-hours/week freelance role starting in June 2024, paying £12/hour. The role is specifically for a young person aged between 18-25.
Reporting to the Community Build Manager and Community Maker, responsibilities include assisting with CobBauge classroom construction, learning formwork, completing small tasks, maintaining the build area, transporting cob, supporting community build days, and documenting the process. Ideal candidates should have an interest in natural building, enjoy outdoor hands-on work, and possess teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
