Oxara, an ETH spin-off, is dedicated to providing access to sustainable construction and affordable housing through their patented Admixture technology, which transforms excavation and demolition waste into eco-friendly building materials. They aim to foster a future-oriented construction industry with low CO2 emissions. They invite individuals to join their mission and contribute to building a greener future.

The role, based in Dietikon (Canton of Zurich), involves designing, evaluating, and implementing new methods for performance tests with excavation materials at a laboratory scale, supporting the Laboratory Manager with experiments and results analysis, executing rheological tests, and writing protocols and scientific reports.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, material science, or a related field, experience in physico-chemical analyses and rheological tests, strong reporting and documentation skills, self-driven personality, adaptability, teamwork skills, hands-on mentality, interest in sustainability topics, and proficiency in English and German.
