Sustainable Architecture and Design

About the institution

The SOS School or sustainability is an academy integrating education, research, and practice – combining the study of sustainable theory with a real project work experience.

About the program

The SOS First Level Professional Master’s Degree in Sustainable Architecture and Design is a blended program. The first phase of the academic year is held online on UNINETTUNO’s e-learning platform and runs from mid-September to mid-March (first intake) or from mid-January to mid-July (second intake) and features the foundations courses.

Second part is the 4-month project work on campus. Five in-person courses that tackle the most effective and innovative sustainability practices within the building sector, designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to address the challenges of the future with an open-minded, holistic, research-driven, human-centered approach.

A place is offered to 25 prospective students. The blended program is worth 60 ECTS and spans over a period of 12 months. The SOS Foundations Courses, while part of the full-time Master’s Degree, are also available as individual courses to be taken individually.
