Description

A successful Conservation Consultancy in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced Conservation Architect to join their team and oversee several significant conservation projects. The role allows for remote or hybrid working arrangements with flexible hours. The ideal candidate should be a registered Architect with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, possess RIAI Grade 2 or 3 conservation accreditation (or equivalent), and be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of conservation principles are essential. Knowledge of Irish/European traditional building materials and regulations is crucial. Additional skills in BIM (Revit), In Design, retrofitting, or hygrothermal risk assessment are advantageous but not mandatory. Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and should submit a maximum 3-page CV, a 1-page cover letter, and a portfolio of work examples by email for consideration.
