The Climate Policy Initiative (CPI) is an advisory organization specializing in finance and policy with a mission to assist governments, businesses, and financial institutions in fostering economic growth while addressing climate change. With a global presence in seven countries, CPI is recognized for its work in sustainable investment, innovative business models, and solutions for transitioning to a low-carbon, resilient economy.
The Cities Climate Finance Leadership Alliance (CCFLA), hosted by CPI, is a global coalition working to close the finance gap for climate-resilient urban infrastructure. Launched by the UN, CCFLA has 84 members—including leading city networks, financial institutions, and international organizations—focused on mobilizing city-level climate action through knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and advocacy.
CPI is seeking a Program Associate or Senior Program Associate to support CCFLA’s work. This role involves managing grant-funded projects, organizing events, and developing analytical and written materials to engage stakeholders in the urban climate finance sector. Key tasks include overseeing project budgets, reporting, drafting communications, coordinating engagement events, and supporting research outputs. Senior-level candidates may also oversee junior staff.
