The role seeks an architect and urban designer with experience in UK-based urban design and masterplanning to lead the design development of a major UK masterplan project and oversee the delivery of a planning application. The ideal candidate will possess a RIBA Part 3 or equivalent qualification, strong analytical and graphic skills, and expertise in software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. An interest in adaptive reuse, mobility, ecology, and placemaking is also desirable.
