Trans Europe Halles (TEH) is seeking an external evaluator for the Common Spaces (CS) 2025-2028 project. This four-year initiative, funded by the Creative Europe program of the European Union, aims to support grassroots communities in transforming abandoned spaces into vibrant cultural hubs. The evaluator will develop and implement an evaluation framework to systematically collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, measure the effectiveness of bespoke programs, and facilitate participatory evaluation methods. The role also involves aligning evaluation processes with the Creative Europe grant framework and providing timely reports to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
