Time to Access is seeking a Junior Designer passionate about creating affordable, community-focused, and sustainable co-housing projects. The role starts in January 2025 and involves working on projects from concept to execution. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience, strong technical skills, and proficiency in ArchiCAD (knowledge of Enscape and wood construction is a plus). Co-design workshop experience and excellent communication skills are essential.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with additional languages like Arabic, Surinamese, or Turkish being advantageous. In 2025, the team will move into Wooncooperatie de Nieuwe Meent, where contributing to public space management and programming is optional.
