Bioregional is recruiting a Net Zero Planning Analyst to support their work with local planning authorities and housing developers. The position offers a salary of £26,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is a permanent role based in Waterloo, Central London, with hybrid working options.

The Net Zero Planning Analyst will join the Sustainable Places team, contributing technical knowledge, research skills, and project support to various initiatives. Key responsibilities include aiding in the development and implementation of zero carbon and sustainability policies for Local Planning Authorities, supporting new build design and planning, and assisting with retrofit strategies for estates and buildings.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the UK planning system, a strong interest in sustainability from environmental and social perspectives, competencies in numeracy and research, and excellent presentation and collaboration skills. A degree in a related discipline or relevant work experience is required.
