Project Manager

BYCS is looking for a Project Manager (fluent in Dutch) to oversee the design, implementation, and evolution of its programs. From stimulating cycling habits among toddlers at Dutch daycares to supporting community-building initiatives for women in Bogotá, the Project Manager will lead initiatives that reimagine urban mobility and strengthen human connections. The role involves hands-on and strategic responsibilities across planning, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and internal support. The position is ideal for someone experienced in sustainability, urban development, or cycling advocacy, who thrives in dynamic, impact-driven environments and is committed to more human-centric cities.
