Researcher/Project Manager – Transdisciplinary Lab for Social Transformation

NTNU Smart Sustainable Cities is seeking a Researcher/Project Manager in architecture or urban planning to join their team and lead transdisciplinary collaborations between universities and societal stakeholders. The role involves contributing to various funded projects, including ENHANCE+, Re-Value, NEB-STAR, and CrAFt projects, as well as initiatives supporting the European Green Deal. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day activities of EU projects, implement transdisciplinary methods, promote inclusiveness, and establish long-term foundations for societal transformation. Responsibilities include quality assurance, financial management, collaboration with European partners, knowledge development, scientific communication, and contribution to strategic projects. Reporting to the head of department, the candidate will also engage with European initiatives and regulatory efforts.
