ZRS Ingenieure is hiring a draughtsman/draughtswoman for their Berlin office. The interdisciplinary team of around 60 employees works on projects in Germany and abroad, focusing on natural building materials, timber and clay construction, circular construction, and adaptive reuse, while covering the full spectrum of civil engineering.
The role involves 2D and 3D modeling to create design, position, formwork, reinforcement, and construction plans, close collaboration within interdisciplinary teams, BIM-based planning, client communication, and supporting trainee development.
Applicants should have completed a relevant apprenticeship or degree, possess several years of experience, strong spatial and constructive understanding, and proficiency in CAD tools (preferably Bricscad, AutoCAD, Tekla). Experience in training of draughtsman/draughtswoman are advantageous. Basic knowledge of German required
