The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking a Policy Fellow (Executive Education) to support the development of the European City Leadership Programme within LSE Cities. This innovative initiative will provide world-class executive education for European mayors and their teams, delivered both virtually and in-person across Europe. The program focuses on capability-building, research, and experimentation to address real-world urban challenges.
The Policy Fellow will help shape the curriculum, develop up to five annual case studies on European government innovation, and design training sessions on key activities like citizen engagement, analysis, collaboration, experimentation, and scaling. The role also includes producing high-quality research outputs such as policy briefs, working papers, and course modules.
Applicants should hold a master’s degree or equivalent experience in government innovation at various levels and have experience designing training programs for professionals or executives. Strong skills in producing outputs like case studies and policy-related documents are essential.
The position is full-time, with a salary range of £52,806–£60,705, potentially progressing to £67,357 (inclusive of London allowance).
