As Operations Coordinator, the candidate will be working between operations, project management, and production to ensure the objectives are reflected in our research and project outcomes.

In this role, the main responsibilities will include:

Practice Lab Operations Support of the operational processes and activities of the Practice Lab, such as developing timelines and tracking ongoing activities and deadlines, developing agreements (following template frameworks), facilitating payments, etc.

Information & Archive Organisation ⇢ Organisation, update, review, and edit of Practice Lab materials across the Notion Dashboard and Google Drive, ensuring materials are up to date, easily accessible, and consistent across platforms, as well as collecting and organising new information as needed.

Practice Lab Outreach ⇢ Active research of relevant potential collaborators (organisations) for the Practice Lab and opportunities for public engagements (such as external summits, conferences, and professional forums) across academia, industry, and philanthropy.

Production Support Organistion and overseeing of the production processes (from planning and coordination to execution & delivery) for possible future special projects, such as project websites, reports, publications, online events, etc.

Supporting Practice-Based Funding Projects (between May – Oct 2024)  Overseeing of the communication with collaborators around the world (existing & new), schedule and attend regular check-in sessions, document outcomes, address pending questions, and track progress (maternity cover).
