A highly motivated Senior Researcher is sought to join a team focused on developing research and delivering consultancy services through QOLF Consulting. The role primarily involves providing consultancy on the planning, delivery, and stewardship of homes and neighborhoods, using impact strategies, design reviews, and ongoing evaluations. The Senior Researcher will lead internal research initiatives, including the application of the Quality of Life Framework, collaboration with universities, and management of research methodologies and databases. Additionally, the role involves market-leading consultancy, ensuring community-centered work based on national and local evidence.
Key responsibilities include managing and delivering research projects, particularly the Resident Review service, which involves designing methodologies, data analysis, and report writing. The Senior Researcher will also refine research methodologies, oversee database management, stay updated on industry developments, and contribute to grant applications and service development. Building relationships with stakeholders and clients, representing the Foundation at events, and supporting income generation are also part of the role. Leadership duties include team collaboration, managing a research officer, and reporting to senior leadership and the board.
