Their activities include organisational development advice for companies, public administrations, organizations and associations, as well as several educational courses focused on environmental topics, sustainability and healthy construction. Their courses can be ended by obtaining a federal certificate.
About the program
Experte/Expertin für gesundes und nachhaltiges Bauen education course is looking to implement the 2030 Agenda and the 2050 Energy Strategy, including the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Therefore, this program focuses on overview of the principles of building biology and their application throughout the entire building process. Students will acquire the necessary specialist knowledge to critically assess construction projects (new construction and renovation) and to suggest alternative solutions at an early stage.
This courses’ main themes are building biology and sustainable construction. It aims to educate future sustainability managers and consultants in providing a fully resilient building process and execution. Program can be taken in individual courses (5 modules) or as a whole, with total duration of year and a half, done only in part-time mode. The language of instruction is German.
