About the program
The Certificate of Advanced Studies programme “Regenerative Materials – Structural Specialisation” teaches how to use local and low-carbon materials to offer a socially, ecologically and economically responsible architecture with an adapted territory approach. It deals with the planning and operation of architectural projects using regenerative materials. It provides students tools and methods to manage projects using earth, bio-based and reused materials with efficiency and creativity. Students will learn how to conduct complex projects using earth, bio-based and reused materials with realistic and affordable solutions.
This program is 5 months long, consisting of one week workshops each month. The program is organized into different teaching sections, and there’s a final project at the end. The classes use creative teaching methods like lectures, field trips, hands-on activities, and projects. Each Student is awarded 12 ECTS upon completing the studies.
