About the program
Experte/Expertin für gesundes und nachhaltiges Bauen education course is looking to implement the 2030 Agenda and the 2050 Energy Strategy, including the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Therefore, this program focuses on sustainable construction methods that conserve material resources, take biodiversity into account, align urban planning design with social demands, creates healthy interior spaces for residents and employees and achieves adequate long-term returns for investors. The course starts every year in autumn and is aimed at all specialists involved in construction with the relevant previous training.
This courses’ main themes are sustainable construction and healthy building environment. It aims to educate future sustainability managers and consultants in providing a fully resilient building process, including user analysis, feasibility studies, and innovation research. The program can be taken in individual courses (7 modules) or as a whole, with a total duration of the year and a half, done only in part-time mode. The language of instruction is German.
