Project Lead

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of various projects, navigating them from inception to completion.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years of ARB registration, with a preference for 5+ years, and qualifications such as MCIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist or ACIAT Architectural Technologist/Technician working towards MCIAT. Proficiency in Archicad or similar BIM software is advantageous, along with a comprehensive understanding of the RIBA plan of works and up-to-date knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations. The candidate should be adept at producing construction drawings and tender information, while also being a collaborative team player capable of working independently when necessary.
