TSPA, an architecture and planning practice based in Berlin, is seeking a passionate intern to join their team immediately or from March for approximately six months. TSPA focuses on sustainable urban development and design in a transforming world, with a team of motivated architects, urban planners, designers, and other experts sharing a passion for improving cities. Their work is structured according to holacratic organization principles, emphasizing direct responsibility and decision-making within design teams and office management circles. The ideal candidate should be open-minded, creative, and structured, with an interest in sustainable urbanism and relevant software skills. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with an international team, gain insights into TSPA’s holacratic approach, and contribute to impactful projects in various international contexts. Candidates interested in physically working at the Berlin office are preferred, with remote work possible for individual days.
