A PhD researcher position is available to investigate the role of knowledge in inclusive planning and governance of nature-based solutions in the Mediterranean region. The focus is on upscaling these solutions in urban planning, emphasizing knowledge-based instruments and co-production processes. The project involves action research in real-life case studies, exploring various types of knowledge for inclusive governance. The position requires a Master’s degree in relevant disciplines, research skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The project is part of the “CARDIMED” initiative, aiming to build climate resilience in the Mediterranean through a multi-stakeholder approach. The position offers a one-year contract with the potential for a four-year extension leading to a doctorate. Applications are open until February 20, 2024.
