The BioMedical Design Novo Nordisk Foundation Fellowship Programme invites individuals to study hospital needs and develop sustainable solutions impacting healthcare through innovation. The programme provides tools for solving critical challenges in hospital wards via interdisciplinary teams and a needs-led innovation approach. Participants have the opportunity to create value for patients and healthcare professionals, potentially launching their own start-up or becoming innovation leaders. Full-time stipend-paid positions are available for candidates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees and relevant work experience in fields such as medicine, life science, business administration, IT, engineering, design, architecture, or social sciences. Application deadline is March 15, 2024, with requirements including documented experience in health sector innovation, entrepreneurial experiences, readiness for public presentations, and analytical skills. The programme, sponsored by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, is managed in collaboration by the Health Faculties at Aarhus University and University of Copenhagen, admitting Danish and international students with teaching conducted in English.
