A full-time position is available to manage project workflow and ensure the quality and safety of work carried out.

Reporting to the Project Manager and with daily work flow managed by the Construction Site Coordinator, the role involves overseeing construction tasks’ quality control and efficiency, providing technical support on-site, managing workflow, ensuring safety protocols, and supporting team leaders, volunteers, and subcontractors. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training in carpentry or a related field, and at least 1 year of professional construction experience. Knowledge of the Polish language is preferred, along with safety certifications and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. The candidate must be organized, possess strong leadership skills, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Working conditions involve outdoor work in adverse weather, frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs, operation of construction equipment, computer use, ascending/descending ladders and scaffolding, and occasional travel, including living in a communal environment. Compensation includes a monthly rate of $600-$900 USD, room and board, monthly breaks with allowance, coverage for emergency medical issues, visa extension reimbursement, and travel-related costs, including those related to COVID-19 entry requirements.
