BlueBlocks is currently seeking interns who are passionate about exploring the realm of seaweed and biomaterials. They are embarking on several exciting projects and is eager to welcome interns who are enthusiastic, purpose-driven, and hands-on.
Ideally, candidates will have a background in material science, chemistry, process technology, or product design/architecture. However, BlueBlocks is open to considering individuals who bring unique skills and a strong motivation to contribute positively to the team.
Interns will have the opportunity to work with SeaWood Materials, engaging in various tasks tailored to their background and interests. This may include involvement in the material production process, conducting lab experiments with new resources in collaboration with other companies, or participating in the design and marketing of SeaWood products with market partners. Proficiency in Dutch and proximity to Rotterdam are advantageous for practical reasons.
