As a Research & Learnings Coordinator, candidate will contribute to the Practice Lab’s strategic objectives and goals. This role involves research, content writing and editing, and material organisation.

In this role, the main responsibilities will include:

Practice Lab Research ⇢ Conducting original research based on shared briefs.

Research Organisation ⇢ Reviewing and organising the expanding body of Practice Lab research conducted by other researchers. This includes synthesising outcomes, documenting key insights, data, and learnings.

Practice Lab Learnings ⇢ Reviewing materials from ongoing Practice Lab projects to synthesise learnings. This may involve developing questionnaires or utilising other formats to gather missing data and providing recommendations for future cycles.

Editorial and Communications Support ⇢ Fact checking, synthesising, copyediting, and proofing internal content such as Practice Lab research reports and presentations, as well as select public-facing external media such as educational and outreach materials.
