The Montag Foundation Urban Spaces are looking for a social transformation enthusiast ! The non-profit foundation focuses on equal opportunity district development and the common good economy in the real estate industry. They are currently seeking a project developer to work on a property area in Duisburg.
The tasks include examining and developing the area, creating a common good strategy and usage concept, and ensuring the project is adapted to the needs of the district. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate development, knowledge of construction costs and financing, and a degree in architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborative and sustainable urban development are also required.
