Technical Programme Manager will support the National Retrofit Hub to achieve identified objectives by developing and managing the
delivery of suitable strategies and outputs. They will organise and manage interconnected projects, collaborating across the network.

Responsibilities:

● Manage the scoping, development, funding and procurement of the Knowledge Centre project. Including identifying collaborators and working with external consultants to produce statements of requirements and a technical specification.
● Convene a steering committee for the Knowledge Centre project, drawn from the Hub’s extensive network.
● Work with the NRH directors and working group chairs to decide on suitable strategies to achieve the objectives identified by each of the working groups.
● Support the selection of outputs to achieve these objectives, and manage the delivery of these outputs.
● Monitor the delivery of outputs and report back to the NRH directors and board.
● Identify regular opportunities for sharable moments and potential to demonstrate added value to our advisory panel, board and wider network.
● Coordinate cross-project activities and help to identify synergies between working groups.
● Facilitate good communication between working group chairs and participants.
● Alongside the NRH directors, you will use your industry experience to build a holistic picture of the retrofit challenge, and help foreground this within each workstream.
● Provide technical support to groups, assisting in producing and reviewing content produced for sharing externally.
● Ensuring effective quality assurance, promoting both internal consistency and external quality and coherence of outputs.
● Work with the NRH Directors to apply for and secure funding for discrete identified work packages.
