IAAC is currently seeking a dedicated academic manager for the Robotics Lab. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for coordinating innovative educational programs in architecture and technology within a dynamic, multicultural, and interdisciplinary environment.

The academic manager will have the exciting opportunity to oversee the educational programs of the Robotics Lab, focusing on teaching professionals new ways to incorporate technology into architecture and construction. This role requires a serious manager who enjoys social interactions in an international and multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with IAAC staff and faculty to provide an exceptional experience for students.

Key responsibilities include managing academic activities such as the Master in Robotics and Advanced Construction (MRAC), Postgraduate in 3D Printing Architecture (3DPA), and short workshops for universities and industry partners. The academic coordinator will handle various tasks, including program logistics, facilities management, communication with students and faculties, coordination with external partners, and proposing improvements based on program success analysis.

The qualified candidate should have experience in educational program management, with additional experience in teaching, research, project management, or communication considered a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in management and collaboration software, and a good understanding of communication software are essential. The position requires resilience, problem-solving skills, autonomy, and the ability to coordinate a team efficiently. An interest in architecture, design, art, robotics, technology, and science is crucial.

The position is a full-time role in Barcelona, requiring fluency in English and basic to higher proficiency in Spanish. The annual gross salary ranges from 22,000 to 26,000 euros, depending on experience. The successful candidate should hold a full work permit for Spain.
