CERAA asbl is actively seeking a collaborator for its missions related to construction and sustainable renovation. The selected candidate will play a key role in the sustainable building initiatives for Brussels Environment. Their responsibilities include integration into the Renolab.B mission team, providing project advice to designers, construction companies, and developers engaged in sustainable and circular renovation projects in the Brussels region. Additionally, the collaborator will contribute their expertise to other service areas, such as organizing visits to sustainable buildings, preparing seminars and training sessions on sustainable construction, and participating in various markets related to assessment tools like Totem or GRO. As part of the team, they will also be involved in developing new missions related to sustainable and circular renovation, including responding to service tenders or subsidy applications. This involves defining objectives, potential partner searches, task and result listing, scheduling, overall administration, and budget construction.
