Workshop Facilitators

Built By Us is a change-making organization dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the UK construction sector. They are expanding their team of Freelance Facilitators who will lead virtual or in-person workshops, meetings, and training sessions. The responsibilities include employing various facilitation techniques, delivering content clearly, collaborating with clients and internal teams, adapting to different topics, collecting feedback for continuous improvement, and utilizing technology effectively. The ideal candidate has proven facilitation experience, particularly in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability to dynamic environments, proficiency in virtual collaboration tools, and problem-solving abilities. While a relevant degree is preferred, experience and expertise are also highly valued.
